Reviews for Open With Love

It’s early yet, but this is the first feedback. I’d love to get your input, so send me an email if you’ve read the book, and I’ll add it here! Also check the reviews coming in on Amazon.  Thanks!

Here’s one Heather sent to Marcy:
…  it is called Open With Love, and is about a woman coming into her own, and as I said, I kept thinking of First Tuesday when I read it…  which is so full of powerful women helping others effect change in their lives and in the world.  One of the things I like about the book is how the central character, Grace, expresses the multitude of her conflicting doubts and hopes as she is offered guidance in how to make a significant change in her life….  the process of transformation is well-represented, and her journey makes worthwhile read.  In a way, it is like the process of self-discovery presented in narrative form…  and offers people (women especially) a different way to learn about themselves….
I’m sure you are very busy, so I can understand if you are not interested at this time.  However, if it sounds like something you think you or any of your circle would like, I could either send you my copy when done, or it is also on Amazon as an ebook here… http://www.amazon.com/Open-With-Love-ebook/dp/B00656LOPI or here  http://madeinojai.com/about/products/books/open-with-love/
All the best,
Heather

I finished reading your book today and really loved it. I’m recommending it to almost all of my friends (some of the guys just wouldn’t get it). Thank you for giving me a copy, it has really gotten me thinking about things in my life, I’ve even started doing some of the things in it. Also I’ve been quoting it at people.
Love you,
Ryan.

I finished your book this morning.  I’m so impressed.  Your character, “Grace” is so likable and genuine.  I marvel at your honesty.

Your book is a must read for all women, not just women coming out of a divorce.  I found myself thinking, “Wow! Cat’s got to read this book!”  many many times.  (Cat is my daughter who is a writer and in a very stable happy marriage, but I think you have such good things to say here about “becoming a self”.)

It brought to mind that classic, “Way of the Peaceful Warrior” in some ways.

Mind you, I read it with a very critical eye…just an occupational hazard of a writer…and I kept thinking “flawless” as I read your book.  Well done.  And, thank you!

fondly,
c

I cried twice – bigtime … and I am giving it to everyone  can think of . Do I need to tell you I loved it ?  YES I LOVED IT ! thank you for something I want to read again!
